Your Cover’s Blown

I told you that I would post my mock-up of a Belle & Sebastian website that I did for my Media Tech class…well, between the time I told you and now, I did another one, using an alternate picture of the band…I still submitted my original for grading, but I thought I’d show all of you fine folks how one person can make such differently-styled things in PhotoShop…that’s a lesson I doubt we’ll be learning in my class (oh well)…

On top of all that nonsense, here’s my picture for today…I thought it was cool that the dining hall still has the cereal dispensers like they had in pop culture days of yore…whenever they were…

Day 58 - October 10th, 2007

Y-Rock is playing a song from the new Radiohead album every hour…tune in on Friday to listen with me to the only four times I will be listening to songs from the new Radiohead album…and yeah, I guess that makes me “that guy”…

We had the first meeting of the holiday show cast people this evening…turns out that I don’t have to be the token Jew, so I can learn some more songs that I’ll be performing (though not necessarily singing, which makes me particularly happy to be the accompaniment)…So far, I’m signing “‘Zat You, Santa Claus?” and “Happy Xmas (War Is Over)”, the latter hopefully with the United Voices of Praise gospel choir, if there even is one this year…there’s a lot of stuff to be done, but if it’s anything like last year, it will kick some jolly butt once it all comes together…

Come to think of it, Jolly Butt is a pretty good band name…add it to the list!
