Title
November 5th 2007 by E..
In an effort to listen to more things from my music library, I started listening to artists in alphabetical order: one album by a band starting with A, then an album by a band starting with B, then C and so on…as soon as I make my way through the alphabet, I’ll post what albums I listened to, but you can keep up to date here…
I stayed at home from Hallowe’en night until this morning…I really wanted to see how the house looked all decorated for spooky-time, and boy, did it look good!
Day 79 - October 31st, 2007
Unfortunately, the neighborhood has gotten toward the lame side when it comes to Hallowe’en, and from what I understand, very few houses were decorated…not only were we decorated, but we were dressed all DEAD, too…
I went to school by train on Thursday, and I felt like a real commuter…when I got home, I decided to indulge myself with something I bought at Wawa a few days prior…there is an excellent chance that I will update
for a change, but until then, I leave you simply with this picture:
Day 80 - November 1st, 2007
Because the holiday season doesn’t know its place, anytime after Hallowe’en is automatically Christmas…go figure…
As you probably know, I got into the whole Project 365 thing through
…Since XPN recently expanded its signal into central and western Pennsylvania, they had some live broadcast events out there over the weekend…naturally, remote broadcasts entail someone being at the control board back in Philadelphia, and when I’m not doing that,
is…the upshot was that, for a few hours, I was in the studio next to her during my Y-Rock shift…we were IM’ing each other back and forth, and listening to the music we were each playing…to cap off the power board-op’ing session, we took pictures of each other, taking pictures of each other through the studio windows…
Day 81 - November 2nd, 2007
When I got home, Dad and I watched “The Night Of The Hunter“…that is one weird movie…and I’m glad to own it…
Yesterday was what we used to call a Lazy Day…for me, at least…I got some assorted schoolwork done, but there was a marathon of MythBusters on, and Dirty Jobs was on as well…I also started the alphabet music project around 3:30, and should be done with the first run sometime tomorrow…I did, however, get some discounted Hallowe’en cookies in fun shapes…
Day 82 - November 3rd, 2007
There were a few ghosts, a few Frankenstein monster heads, a Grim Reaper, and a cute little vampire in a coffin…Fun!…For the kids!…
Today, I went to a few record stores around South Street…the haul?
Oingo Boingo - Oingo Boingo EP (their debut 10″ EP, which was never released on CD, from what I understand)
Jools Holland and his Millionaires - Jools Holland and his Millionaires (the lone self-titled album from the former Squeeze keyboardist’s first solo outing)
The Romantics - The Romantics (more than just “What I Like About You”)
The Art Of Noise - In No Sense? Nonsense! (apparently, I didn’t have all their albums…)
I realize now that most of those are self-titled, but I wasn’t going out of my way to do that…I went to Crash Bang Boom, too…I got two buttons, one of Belle & Sebastian, and one of Cocteau Twins…I talked with the fella who I believe to be the owner about the plastic container of pirates on the counter, and he gave me one because he totally agreed with me in saying that every store should have pirates at the counter…on the way back to Market East, I noticed this painting on the side of a building…
Day 83 - November 4th, 2007

Weird, huh?
Tonight on the Folk Show was the Jeff Umbehauer Band, who were not too bad…I got to do the mix again, and I think I’m ready to do more mixes…I would like to start out with smaller acts with more normal instruments when I do it on my own, but who knows?…next weekend is NERFA, and we need not bring that up again…
It’s time for me to go to bed…it’s time for you to bake me some cookies…or at least leave a comment…

Lyric of the Time:
Andre has a red flag, Chiang Ching’s is blue
They all have hills to fly them on except for Lin Tai Yu
Dressing up in costumes, playing silly games
Hiding out in tree-tops shouting out rude names
